Having knowledge of lending money is one of the most critical things in life. It helps you to save that money were to get lost when you had lent to unnecessary people. In life, there is a group of people to whom you need not lend money to them because they won't return. We as a human being, we need to say NO to some people mostly when to is not appropriate if we want to be rich and financially independent for a long time. Below are some people you should not lend money to them.

1. A liar - a liar is someone who never fulfills its promise. They tell you by next week they will return your money but they don't live by their words. Lending money to such people leaves you in shambles; this is because they don't fulfill their promises. You will be uncertain about when they will return your money because of untruthful ways.

2. An unemployed person - an unemployed person who doesn't have income inflow. They don't work but they are there to be fed. Never accept their plea in lending money. This is because there will be high chances of them not returning your money because they don't have an inflow of income. 

3. People who spend money extravagant - never lend money to someone who is not economical. It is easy to identify who is a careless spender. The way someone presents herself or himself you can easily identify if he or she is economical or not. They like to borrow money and spend on luxurious things and not basic things. The reason you should not lend money to them is that they don't value it. If you lend money to such people definitely, you won't get back.

 Do you need some money fast? Many strategies oh how to make money easily are often in the most program but not all of them is true. With enough research in this program, you can get many ways that can help you at least make money either online or offline, not a lot of money, but some cash that will enable you to meet your daily needs. Some of these ways are below:


1. Sell used books - almost everyone has some books they used in primary, high school, college, and university. Selling these books which go in line with today's syllabus is one way of making money.

2. Freelance writing - having skills to write articles and academic writings can easily help you make money easily. You can register in online writing platforms and get more clients who can pay you. 

3. Sell devices that are not useful - companies that buy used devices have gone so much in development. If you have devices that are not in use, just go to any company that can buy them and sells them. You will make money from it.

4. Become a trainer - when you have some skills in a certain industry like writing, you can help others know about it by training them. This will aid you not only in making money but also in gaining skills in that industry.

5. Sell photos - do you know how to take photos? If yes then use that opportunity to generate money. Liaise with the high school board of management and once you get permission to take photos of students, then maximize the chance.

6. Sell products online - social media is the best platform you easily grow your business. You can advertise your products online and make money once your friend buys it the make deliveries at a certain fee depending on the distance.

Difference Between Rich Mindset and Poor Mindset


Have you ever imagine what makes people unique? Let me explain why they are unique. Temperament, thoughts, behavior, belief, and character figure whether you are unique. All of this originates from the mind. Today I am going to discuss the difference between a rich mindset and a poor mindset but before I begin I just want to clarify that a rich mindset doesn't mean you are rich likewise poor mindset doesn't mean you are poor. There are many people with a rich mindset, financially poor because of circumstances and there are many rich people with a poor mindset.

1. Rich mindset has developed the willingness to invest the little resource it has to speed up things like education and business so they may realize amazing fruits.

A poor mindset sees resources as an opportunity to enjoy and consumes all. It always depends on the job to an extent that they believe it can gain wealth through it. Never be comfortable with your job but invest the money you gained in investment.

2. Rich mindset seeks shared values and mutual respect. It understands that the people they spent with determines their destiny they made meaningful friends that help them meet their goals.

Poor mindset doesn't care who they relate with, whether bad or good, today here tomorrow there. It has no direction in its life.

3. Rich mindset knows that the world is not fair and deals with reality, humbly, and practically. It knows that the world is not theirs and they make nothing with ease that the default for life is suffering and death.

A poor mindset always believes that the world is unfair and they keep complaining about it. They think the world has something for them and they keep on waiting for it.

4. Rich mindset celebrates the success of others. It accepts the challenge and wishes to win in the next competition.

A poor mindset feels envy and bitterness about the success of others. It always wants to own everything.

5. Rich mindset understands that it can never know everything. They believe they can learn something from anyone or from a book.

A poor mindset always brags itself that it knows everything. They oppose the ideas of others even before hearing them.
